FixMy.space is an AI-powered interior layout optimization platform. Users upload photos of their living spaces, and our AI engine analyzes the images to recommend furniture and decor solutions tailored to each space.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, infringing, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written consent

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-generated recommendations and output provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or safety of any recommendation.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy or as required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by FixMy.space and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
